I really enjoed this movie in cinema and very glad to opportunitu to watch it in amazing 3D again at home with this 2-disc edition.

Balení
I was hoping for some lenticular cover, but this release came out in just a regular two-disc amaray keep case.

Video
This movie from the beginning to end is a visionary junket, and the video transfer copes with it perfectly!

Audio
Original English DTS-HD Master 5.1 has a great detalization and it's amazingly pure, great movie's soundtrack in great technical percomance!

Bonusy
This release contains almost two hours of extra bonus features includes Behing the scenes footage, deleted scenes and many others.

I don't really understand why a lot of peoples don't like this movie. It's a kind of oldschool zombie movie for me with a great suspense moments and a few blockbuster-type action sequences.

It's a nice very stylish steelbook with a gloss finish. Really love this front side artwork with a pile of zombiez.

Video
The picture quality on this video transfer is almost ideal, all action sequences looks really amazing!

Audio
Original English DTS-HD Master Audio 7.1 really blows you away! The scene in Jerusalem is something unbelievable!

Bonusy
2D-disk contains almost a hour of extra bonus features. Really enjoyed with the Behind The Wall featurette.

Great movie with two greatest action-movie stars of 80's was released in nice digibook with almost perfect video and audio quality and pack of interesting bonus features. A must have!

Balení
I really love this kind of packaging, even prefer it among steelbooks or any others. So, was very glad to opportunity to buy this great movie in nice digibook!

Video
The quality of video transfer is almost amazing! Great sharpness and levels can provide total immersion to the dark grim atmosphere of the prison.

Audio
Unfortunately, this disc contains only czech and hungarian audiotracks, but it's a local release. Original English audio sounds great!

Bonusy
This release contains almost a hour of bonus features, so all the fans of this movie will be enjoed.

I have heard, that some of those, who have watched this movie, not really liked it, but I like it and hope for soon sequel.

Balení
This release came out only in amaray, but it has not regular blue color, it's black and looks really nice! But it's pity that steelbook release was canceled.

Video
Almost all scenes in this movie happen in pitch black, but the video transfer have done with it great.

Audio
Original English DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track сreates a great dive into the darkness. Was very pleased with sound in the gorge episode.

Bonusy
Czech release of Director's cut version of the movie has almost a hour of bonus features, very interesting for fans can be the Director's vision featurette.

Another David Lean's historical masterpiece have nice Blu-ray release, but believe, that such kind of movies deserves much better.

Balení
Release has just a regular amaray, so bought it to addition to the Canadian collector's edition digibook.

Video
Video transfer quality is very nice for such an old movie. Restoration has done its job. Maybe only some smoothness not allowed to mark all 5 stars.

Audio
Original English Dolby TrueHD 5.1 audiotrack is restored too and can boasts excellent surround sound. 'That' scene sounds just amazing!

Bonusy
There are no nothing really interesting in bonus features, only interest can be facing at "Newly Discovered archival audio of William Holden Narrating The Bridge on the River Kwai Premiere".

One of my favourite history movies of all time, a trully masterpiece by David Lean, has a great release on Blu-ray with amazing restored video transfer and tonns of bonus features. Must have!

Balení
It's really pity that this amazing movie came out only in usual amaray, but it is at least something.

Video
I've never seen so superb quality at the old movies' releases! The restoration done perfectly. Not even contemporary movies can boast of such a pure picture quality.

Audio
Original English DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track is restored too and sounds very nice even in widescale scenes.

Bonusy
Both discs contains a lot of very intersting bonus features, including Making of Lawrence of Arabia. About 2 hours in total.

I can really say that I love this movie but it really nice to watch from time to time, so I'm very happy with this release nad I think it will be enough for me.

The release came out in usual amaray, but in very cool lenticular 3D cover with nice volume movie art.

Video
New 3D transfer looks really great in 1,78:1 aspect. I really enjoed with watching this movie in 3D.

Audio
This release has english DTS-HD Master 5.1 audiotrack which is seems to be taken from previous 2D release, but sounds very nice.

Bonusy
There are no any bonus features at the new 3D disc, but previous 2D version contains almost 2 hours of behind-the-scenes footage.

I really loves this new film by Oliver Stone. I believe, it is his best work after Natural Born Killers in 1994. A mush see.

Balení
Unfortunately, one of the greatest Oliver Stone's movies came out in usual amaray, but it's better than nothing.

Video
Another blu-ray release of fresh movie with expected superb video transfer. The film has very acid colors and transfer perfectly copes with them.

Audio
Great sound pressure provides just a total immersion in the frenzied atmosphere of this frenzied film.

Bonusy
At the bonus section you can find only deleted scenes. There are four ot them for about 40 mins. Not very much.

One of my Guillermo Del Toro's most favourite movies, which reminds me old gothic tales. It's pity that it has not very good video transfer.

Balení
Just an amaray too, so bought it to addition to United Kingdom version steelbook for native audiotrack.

Video
It's not really old movie but the quality of the video transfer is not like I want to see. The picture is a little bit smoothed.

Audio
Original english Dolby TrueHD 5.1 audio track sounds very nice, but I believe that it has not as much volume as it need to be for this kind of action movies.

Bonusy
At the bonus section you can find more than three hours of extra-features that includes very interesting audiocommentary by Del Toro and behind-the-scenes footage in four parts.

I know that many peoples who have watched this movie says about it not very good. I don't know, I ike it so much, and I really happy that I can buy the steelbook here, at FilmArena.

Really great steelbook with nice front and back art. Some of the parts of front art are metallized and it looks really awesome!

Video
Great video transfer has almost no any complaints, the picture is clear and contrast, and looks just fine.

Audio
Original english DTS-HD Master Audio has 7.1 channels and it really blows away! Nice example of almost ideal sound.

Bonusy
Alomost two hours of bonus features contains just one deleted scene and behind-the-scene footage in four parts, which has a lot of interesting things.
